All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. The Company operates on a prepaid-only model and does not offer Cash on Delivery services.

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines generally range from four to eight business days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier partner operations. In all cases, the products will be delivered within a maximum of ten (10) business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines provided on the Website are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues.

The Company shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused during transit by third-party logistics providers. However, customers may contact our support team for assistance in tracking or resolving delivery concerns.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
